Job Role : Data Analyst – Revenue Operations

What we’re looking for:

  • You must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (Level C1 or higher).
  • You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • You must have experience supporting customers via phone.
  • You need to have strong attention to detail.
  • You need to have strong problem-solving skills and good investigative instincts.
  • You need to have basic data analysis skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You must be available to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • You will be making phone calls to US utility companies to enroll new accounts online or fix broken credentials.
