Job Role : Associate QA Engineer, Math

Job Type : Full Time Job

Your Roles & Responsibilities in Light & Wonder:

  • You will develop, review, and execute simulation code to analyze math data.
  • You have to review math formulas and math sheet information for accuracy.
  • You will develop, review, and execute test plans and test scripts to verify the accuracy of math data.
  • You must follow all Work Instructions on a daily basis.
  • You have to submit and track any issues found during verification to ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • You need to utilize all required databases for quality assurance and testing.
  • You have to provide input to the weekly project status report for each assigned project.
  • You need to provide a detailed Completion Report at the end of each project.
  • You need to effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the Development team to resolve all reported issues in a timely manner before the gaming product is released.
  • You must have a strong understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle.
  • You have to reproduce issues when necessary to assist the software development team in resolving them.
  • You are responsible for escalating project issues as needed for each assigned project.

Light & Wonder Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Knowledge:

  • You must have knowledge of Math fundamentals, including Statistics and Probability.
  • You should have knowledge of C/C++/C# programming.
  • You should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Python or other shell scripting languages is a plus.

Skills:

  • You must have strong analytical and logical skills.
  • You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You need to be detail-oriented and organized.
  • You need to be able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks independently.
  • You need to be able to multitask effectively.

Abilities:

  • You must be able to provide input and potential solutions to identified issues.
  • You need to be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
