What You Will Do

In this role, you will systematically test and challenge AI systems (including Generative AI) while moderating online content. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Content Moderation: Reviewing, classifying, and managing user profiles, audio, videos, and text based on strict client policies.
• LLM Interrogation: Developing prompt strategies to test Large Language Models (LLMs) on sensitive topics like medical or legal advice, analyzing responses for appropriateness or necessary disclaimers.
• Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving complex content issues flagged by users or automated systems.
• Policy Development: Collaborating with the broader team to establish best practices for responsible AI governance and content moderation.
