Eligibility criteria
Qualifications:-
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma – 50%
Year of Passing:- 2023, 2024, 2025
Education:
- Diploma: You must have a full-time Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field from a recognized institution. Your minimum grade should be 50%.
- Core Mathematics: You must have studied Core Mathematics as a subject during your Diploma.
- Education Gaps: A maximum of 3 years of education gaps between 10th and the start of your Diploma is allowed.
- 10th & 12th: You can have completed 10th and/or 12th through open or distance learning.
Other Requirements:
- Backlogs: A maximum of one backlog is allowed, which must be cleared before joining.
- Citizenship: You must be an Indian Citizen, or hold a PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card if you hold a passport of another country.
- Bhutan/Nepal: If you are from Bhutan or Nepal, you must submit your citizenship certificate.
- Previous Applications: You are not eligible if you have participated in any Wipro selection process within the last three months.
- Age: You must be 18 years or older at the time of joining.

Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Business discussion
Round 3 – HR Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
48 months. Please note: You are liable to payback joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.
