Job Role : Software Engineer

Employment Type : Fixed Term

Responsibilities:

  • You have to develop, implement, and maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various software applications and systems.
  • You need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • You have to participate in debugging, testing, and optimization of software applications to ensure reliability and performance.
  • You need to engage in continuous learning and improvement by attending workshops, participating in code reviews, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • You have to assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for software applications and systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

Requirements:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You must be proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • You must have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • You must have good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
  • You need to have a conceptual understanding of Front-End/Back-End components as well as microservices.
  • You must have a growth mindset and the ability to adapt and learn in changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • It’s preferred if you have internship experience in software development or related fields.
  • It’s preferred if you are familiar with software development tools and methodologies, such as version control systems (Git), integrated development environments (IDEs), and agile practices.
  • It’s helpful if you have a basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and cloud services.
  • You should have a high level of ownership and accountability in your work.
