Job Role : Associate – Category Management

Job Type : Full Time Job

Your Role and Responsibilities In Myntra

Role Brief:

  • You will work closely with Category Managers and new and existing brands on Purchase Order (PO) uploads and business sales analysis.
  • You will manage warehouse operations, including slotting, appointments, and resolving invoice and packing list issues.
  • You will be responsible for inventory management, including tracking Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and cataloging.
  • You will respond to Return to Vendor (RTV) related queries from vendors.
  • You will work closely with Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Catalog teams for daily operations.
  • You have to find ways to reduce unproductive inventory (UPI).
  • You will work across all aspects of the business to help new brands scale successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • You need to meet the daily inbound targets as per the plan for your assigned Business Units (BUs).
  • You have to create Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and styles for new articles within your assigned BUs.
  • You need to resolve all inbound issues and ensure the operational feasibility of deliveries. You also need to track and monitor daily deliveries and GRN updates.
  • You have to catalog the styles and stocks received.
  • You need to coordinate with brands and category teams, assisting them with PO and inbound-related operations while maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship.
  • You have to create re-inbound POs for AMM (Available for Market), RTV (Return to Vendor), and orphan stocks.
  • You will conduct sales analysis, monitor visibility, and manage cataloging and discounts for your assigned categories.
  • You will undertake special projects from time to time to improve overall category business and custoMyntramer experience.

Myntra Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:-

  • Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
  • Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.

Key Skills:

  • You must be proficient in MS Excel, SQL querying on databases, data analysis, and reporting.
  • You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
  • You must be able to multitask and manage your time effectively.
  • You must be willing to learn, innovate, and take initiative.
  • You must have a customer-centric, creative, and analytical problem-solving mindset.
