Job Role : GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE

Career Field: Engineering

What You Will Do:

  • You have to understand customer requests and work independently on creating 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • You have to migrate CAD data to Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • You will be responsible for project planning, prioritization, execution, problem-solving, and reporting on project objectives.
  • You will support all customers by providing a wide range of CAD services as per their requirements.
  • You have to attend calls/meetings with customers and regularly update them on project status.
  • You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of outputs while meeting all Engineering Change Orders (ECDs).
  • You need to foster professional development and work towards achieving a high level of technical expertise.
  • You have to participate in formal and informal project team meetings.
  • You need to understand and adhere to the PBM philosophy and guiding principles.
  • You will handle legacy data conversion from 2D to 3D, create engineering and product specifications, and control engineering documents.
  • You may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Molex Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, specifically Mechanical, Industrial Production, or Industrial Management.
  • Graduation Passing Year: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2022, 2023, 2024,2025).
  • You should have basic knowledge of the NX CAD tool and PLM ECTR/TC.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • You should have a collaborative mindset and be willing to work with multiple stakeholders to increase value.
  • You need to be proactive in sharing knowledge and seeking opportunities to learn.
  • You should have a contribution mindset, always looking for ways to improve yourself and add value to the team and organization.
  • Experience with NX CAD is a significant advantage, as are strong and diverse technical skills.
  • Knowledge of PLM tools like Teamcenter, ECTR, or equivalent is a plus.
  • A good understanding of GD&T and its application would be beneficial.
  • Experience with problem-solving techniques using systematic tools (e.g., cause/effect diagrams) is a plus.
  • You must have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • You need to be able to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Any experience with other CAD software (like AutoCAD) and office tools (like Power BI) is a plus.
