Eligibility Criteria and Team Formation:

  • Eligibility:
    • You must be an undergraduate sixth-semester engineering student enrolled in one of the educational institutions listed on the registration page.
    • Participation is team-based: Each team must have a minimum of four members and a maximum of five members.
    • A team will be recognized only after at least four members have registered and successfully joined the team.
    • Team composition cannot be changed after registration.
    • Teams can include students from different colleges/institutions, provided all participating colleges are eligible.
    • Cross-disciplinary teams are encouraged.
    • All participants must be:
      • Indian citizens residing in India.
      • At least 18 years of age on the date of participation.
      • Not have a criminal conviction or any legal restrictions that prevent them from participating in the competition.
    • Participants must be able to provide proof of age, address proof, and college identity proof when requested by Deloitte India to confirm their eligibility.

Registration Guidelines:

  • All participants/teams must register through the official microsite within the specified registration window. The link will be deactivated after 11:59 P.M. on the specified date.
  • You must provide accurate and complete details during registration. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
  • For team registrations:
    • A team leader must register first and then send email invitations to teammates.
    • Each teammate must register using the link in the invitation email and choose to join or decline the team.
    • A team will be recognized only after at least four members have registered and successfully joined the team.
  • Late registrations will not be entertained.
  • Team composition must remain unchanged after submission.

Event Guidelines:

  • Webinars:
    • Attendance at webinars is strongly recommended. They will cover essential instructions, guidelines, and themes.
    • Webinars will also include Q&A sessions with the organizing team and domain experts.
  • Round 1: Individual Coding Challenge:
    • You must attempt the coding challenge individually.
    • Team eligibility for the next round will be determined by the cumulative scores of all team members.
    • The challenge will be virtual, have a fixed duration, and must be completed within the stipulated time.
  • Round 2: Theme-Based Solution Submission:
    • Shortlisted teams will select a theme/problem statement from the provided list.
    • Teams must submit their solution in the prescribed format (e.g., PDF/PPT).
    • You must adhere to the word and slide limits specified for submissions.
  • Round 3: Final Round Discussion:
    • Shortlisted teams will present their solutions virtually or physically to an expert jury.
    • Presentations must address:
      • Problem statement and solution approach
      • Technical implementation and innovation
      • Potential impact and scalability
    • Teams should be prepared for a Q&A session following their presentation.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All submissions must be made via the microsite within the specified deadline.
  • Follow the prescribed format and submission criteria for each round.
  • Ensure that all files are named appropriately (e.g., TeamName_Round2.pdf).
  • Submissions must be your original work. Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.

Judging Criteria:

  • Round 1: Based on individual coding scores determined by speed and accuracy.
  • Round 2: Solutions will be evaluated based on:
    • Completeness and relevance of the solution
    • Innovation and creativity
    • Feasibility and scalability of the idea
    • Technical implementation quality
  • Round 3: Final presentations will be judged on:
    • Problem-solving effectiveness
    • Presentation quality
    • Technical depth and innovation
    • Market impact and practical applicability

Code of Conduct:

  • All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and collaborative environment.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will result in disqualification.
  • You must adhere to the event’s schedule and deadlines.
  • The use of prohibited tools or plagiarism is strictly forbidden and will lead to disqualification.

Prizes and Rewards:

  • First place: INR. 1,00,000 + internship
  • Second place: INR. 50,000 + internship
  • Internships for some select teams
