NIKE is looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai (Hybrid). You’ll be a part of the Global Technology organization, working closely with peer engineers, product managers, and architects. Your mission? To build robust, scalable, and innovative cloud-native solutions that redefine user experiences.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Design & Develop: Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services, delivering end-to-end functionality.
Front-End Development: Implement dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
Back-End Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using technologies like Node.js or Python.
Database Management: Develop and manage NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards with tools like Jest and Mocha.
Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
CI/CD Integration: Work with CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
Agile Collaboration: Engage in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
Front-End Skills: Hands-on experience with React or similar technologies.
Back-End Skills: Proficiency in server-side programming using Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
Database Expertise: Experience with NoSQL databases.
API Development: Exposure to designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including serverless architectures.
Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub.
Testing Frameworks: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-oriented environments.

🚀 Bonus Skills

CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab.
Containerization: Experience with Docker.
Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of microservices development.
