Description (Simplified):

This job is about keeping networks secure and running smoothly. You’ll be fixing security problems, setting up and managing network devices, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities (Simplified):

• Security Fixes: You’ll fix security weaknesses by using the right tools and solutions.
• Networking: You’ll need to know how routers and switches work.
• Wireless Management: You’ll manage wireless networks, especially Cisco systems.
• Network Setup: You’ll install, set up, and configure network equipment.
• Firewall Management: You’ll be very familiar with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Web Filtering: You’ll manage ForcePoint or similar web filtering tools.
• Routers and Switches: You’ll have strong knowledge of routers and switches.
• Load Balancers: You’ll have knowledge of F5 load balancers.
• Troubleshooting: You’ll be good at finding and fixing network problems.
• 24/7 Support: You’ll be willing to work in a 24/7 global support environment.
• Routing Protocols: You’ll have a strong understanding of routing protocols.
• Solution Design: You’ll be able to design and deploy network solutions for clients.
• Training: You’ll be willing to teach and train others.
• Network Operations: You’ll have experience managing complex networks in a managed service environment.
