Job Role :- People Technology Developer

Job Type :- Full Time Job.

Day-to-Day Tasks (Simplified):

  • Coding: You’ll write code for various HR tools and analytics products.
  • Research & Innovation: You’ll independently explore new technologies and come up with innovative ideas for tools and products.
  • Prototyping: You’ll take general ideas and turn them into working prototypes to help figure out the best solutions.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work closely with engineering and business teams across Apple.
  • Prioritization: You’ll quickly evaluate new tasks, decide what’s most important, and take action.
  • Time Management: You’ll manage multiple projects and set realistic expectations with your “customers” (internal teams).
  • Team Culture: You’ll contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team environment, upholding Apple’s values.

Apple Off Campus Eligibility criteria:-

Minimum Qualifications (Simplified):

You need to be skilled in the following technical areas:

  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL languages to work with large datasets.
  • Web Development: Python Flask, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.JS.
  • CSS: Frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
  • Data & Systems: Data modeling and system design.
  • Data Warehousing: Snowflake (or similar technologies).
  • Relational Databases: Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres.
  • Integrations: Integrating tools with other systems using REST APIs and security protocols (OIDC).
  • Linux: Linux command line and scripting.
  • Web Security: Understanding web security issues.
  • UI/UX: Basic UI/UX design experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

  • Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with Tableau.
  • Data Processing: Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas) and knowledge of data science libraries.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Experience with GitHub, branching, and CI/CD.
  • Advanced Programming: Building multi-processing data transformation tools.
  • Cloud & Containers: Docker/Kubernetes and cloud deployment (AWS, Apple Cloud).
