What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Handling:
  • Work with various types of data, including text, audio, images, and video.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all data handled.
• Data Labeling:
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools and guidelines.
  • Meet performance targets with a commitment to responsible and ethical AI development.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Become an expert in data workflows for Machine Learning (ML) projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tasks like researching information, generating accurate responses, ranking options, and annotating data.
• Data Analysis & Decision-Making:
  • Analyze different types of data and make informed decisions.
  • Make logical decisions even when dealing with ambiguous information.
• Process Improvement:
  • Adapt to new labeling workflows and pay close attention to detail.
  • Handle the entire data labeling process independently with minimal reliance on instructions.
  • Identify and analyze errors, and suggest solutions to improve data quality.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Research & Comprehension: Ability to effectively research, understand, and evaluate information from various sources.
• Resourcefulness: Proven ability to effectively use open-source resources for research.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership and a willingness to meet deadlines.
• English Proficiency: Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) at a minimum B2 level on the CEFR scale.
