What You’ll Do:

• Improve IT Services: You’ll work on improving the way our clients use and manage their IT infrastructure.
• Manage Infrastructure: You’ll manage and operate IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
• Maintain IT Systems: You’ll ensure the IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and functioning properly.
• Improve Service Delivery: You’ll continuously look for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of IT services.
• Support Applications and Cloud: You’ll provide support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
• Troubleshoot Application Issues: You’ll use your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve problems with applications.
• Project Management Support: You’ll support project management activities in the Technology Delivery Centers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Low-code Application Development: You’ll develop applications using low-code platforms, customizing them for each client’s specific needs.
• Process Optimization: You’ll analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Quality Engineering: You’ll create and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software applications.
• Usability Testing: You’ll design and conduct tests to ensure that applications are easy for users to use.
• Reporting: You’ll prepare reports on software testing activities and analyze the results.

• Clients ki business needs ko samajhna: Yaani clients ko samajhna hoga ki unhe kya chahiye, aur uske hisaab se digital solutions provide karne honge. Samajh gaye na? Problem solve karke hero banne ka mauka!
• Application support aur maintenance karna: Yani agar software ya application mein koi dikkat ho, toh aapko troubleshoot karke woh issue solve karna hoga. Matlab technical problems ka solution nikalna padega!
• Testing aur debugging: Software ko check karna ki woh sahi se kaam kar raha hai ya nahi. Agar koi error hai, toh usse fix karna padega taaki system smooth chale.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Education: Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field except Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech), Computer Science (MCA), or related fields like Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Data Science. This includes degrees like B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com., etc.
• Graduation Year: Have graduated in 2024 or earlier.
• Experience: 0 Month – 1 Year(s) 11 Month(s)
• Academic Record: Have no outstanding backlogs during your application or after joining Accenture.
• Academic Progress: Have completed your degree within the standard timeframe (e.g., 3 years for a Bachelor’s, 2 years for a Master’s).
• Recent Applications: Not have previously applied for or interviewed with Accenture in the last three months.
• Work Experience: Have no more than 23 months of full-time work experience.
• Work Eligibility: Be eligible to work in India. This includes Indian citizens, Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals, and foreign nationals with valid work visas, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) cards, or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) cards.
• Shift Flexibility: Be willing to work different shifts to support clients across different time zones.
• Location Flexibility: Be willing to work in any Accenture office location within India.
• Service Line Flexibility: Be willing to work in any business unit or service line within Accenture.

• Aapka graduation 2024 ya usse pehle ka hona chahiye.
• Experience? Arre bas 0 se 23 mahine tak ka ho toh chalega! Matlab freshers bhi welcome hain!
• No backlogs hone chahiye, aur aapne apni degree standard time mein complete ki ho – jaise 3 saal mein Bachelor’s ya 2 saal mein Master’s.
• Aur ek important baat – pichle 3 mahino mein Accenture ke liye apply nahi kiya hona chahiye.
