  • Video Review:
    • Watch and analyze hundreds of videos per shift.
    • Provide accurate and timely responses based on specific quality and productivity goals.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Identify and analyze details from potentially low-quality videos (blurry, less sharp).
    • Maintain high levels of attention and focus during video reviews.
  • Performance & Productivity:
    • Meet and exceed performance targets for quality and productivity.
    • Adapt to changing targets and maintain consistent performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Role Understanding: Willingness to work in a non-technical role for a 6-month contract.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to audit and analyze images, videos, and text-based data.

    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
    • Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
