Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will gather data from various departments within the company to understand past business performance.
• You will identify patterns and trends in the data and provide insights to help the company make better decisions in areas like business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
• You will recommend actions for future development and identify new business opportunities, as well as suggest improvements to operational policies.
• You may be involved in analyzing data to explore and confirm findings, and may also conduct qualitative analysis.
• You will translate data into insights about consumer or customer behavior to drive targeting and segmentation strategies.
• You will clearly and effectively communicate your findings to business partners and senior leaders.
• You will continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• You will work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies.
• You will appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Work Experience : 0-2 years relevant experience.

Qualifications : Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Skills:- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members
