Your Job Role And Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • You have to oversee the management of customer data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

  • You have to use MS Excel to analyze and report on customer data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • You have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
  • You need to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer management processes and suggest enhancements.
  • You have to assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to customer management and complaint handling.
  • You must ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all customer management activities.
  • You need to participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in Generative AI and customer management.
  • You need to support the development of best practices for customer management and complaint handling within the team.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2023, 2024, 2025)

  • You must have expertise in customer management within the Life Sciences sector.
  • You must be proficient in handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
  • You must be able to analyze and report on customer data using MS Excel.
