Roles and responsibilities:
- You have to engage with Premium merchants, which includes tracking their portfolio, communicating with them, and ensuring they receive the services they need.
- You need to meet sales targets for various payment solutions, such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point-of-sale software, insurance, and other financial products. You also need to ensure the successful introduction of new products and promote the brand in the market.
- You have to track and address merchant grievances to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- You need to plan and execute daily activities with your team and review the team’s deliverables.
- You have to gather feedback from the market to understand customer needs and gain insights into the competition.
- You need to deploy products and effectively communicate their benefits and best practices to clients. You must ensure customer satisfaction to increase sales conversions and customer retention.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
