HP Off Campus drive 2024-2025 | Responsibilities

  • You have to follow processes like configuring products, creating quotes, analyzing prices, supporting bids, tracking revenue, creating invoices, and generating sales reports.
  • You need to analyze how things are currently done in the sales process to find ways to improve efficiency.
  • You have to create and maintain clear and accurate documentation of all the processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • You need to work with other teams to develop and implement improvements to the sales process and then track how well these changes work.
  • You have to manage projects that aim to improve processes, including creating project plans and budgets.
  • You need to understand and address customer concerns to improve customer satisfaction.
  • You have to use business applications to analyze data and create reports that help the company make informed decisions.
  • You have to make sure your work is accurate and complete when you present your findings to others.
  • You need to train others on new processes and communicate any changes or updates effectively.
  • You need to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure that all our processes comply with the law.

HP Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Education : Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Experience Recommended : Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications : Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
