Responsibilities:

Test Execution: Execute tests and ensure successful project completion.
Data Analysis: Understand data models, flows, and processes.
Transition Management: Assess current and target operating models and plan transitions.
Change Management: Manage change impacts and minimize disruptions.
Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks.
Resource Management: Manage project resources.

HSBC Off Campus drive | Qualifications

Educated to minimum of master’s degree level or equivalent.

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills, proficiency in Excel and Access, and experience with Python and PowerBuilder.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of finance data and regulatory reporting.
Testing Expertise: Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects and track progress.
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Experience: Experience in testing IT systems in a large organization, preferably a bank.
