What you need:

- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to understand complex business problems and find tech solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Additional Skills:
- Experience: 0-3 years of work experience in building small to medium-sized technology solutions.
- Communication: Good ability to explain things clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of big data, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, and productivity tools like co-pilot and SQL generation.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to other places to work with clients or other teams.
