• Qualification: Freshers with M. tech/B.Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with relevant experience
• Communication Skills: You should be excellent at speaking, writing, and listening to understand and be understood by others.
• Fast Learner: We’re looking for someone who can pick up new things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Team Player: You can work independently but also collaborate effectively with others.
• Problem Solver: You’re a critical thinker who enjoys finding solutions to challenges.
• Flexible and Adaptable: You can adjust to new situations and tasks.
• Computer Skills: You’re comfortable using basic computer programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Role at Siemens:

• Design systems: Create control, protection, and automation systems.
• Create documents: Make drawings, lists of parts, and other documents for the systems.
• Work with customers: Discuss designs and answer questions.
• Start production: Tell the factory to make the systems.
• Help others: Assist the sales, factory, and commissioning teams when needed.
