Role Overview:
As an Associate GRC Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing risks related to information technology, security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management: Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies for IT, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and maintain policies, standards, processes, and guidelines for the enterprise.
- Framework Implementation: Conduct gap analyses and implement frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, SOX, etc.
- Vendor Risk Assessment: Evaluate the security posture of vendors against organizational requirements.
Qualification
Any Bachelor’s degree
Batch: 2024 | 2023.
Required Skills:
- Relevant Experience: Internship or work experience in a related field.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Policy Understanding: Knowledge of policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Governance and Risk: Understanding of governance and risk performance metrics.
- Technical Research: Ability to conduct technical research for threat assessment and risk mitigation.
- GRC Tools: Exposure to GRC tools like ServiceNow, Archer, or MetricStream.
