Required Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory
  • 2023 and 2024 passed out are eligible.
  • Qualification: Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrear’s)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
  • Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on job-related knowledge.
  • Debt Management: Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue payments, and take proactive steps to encourage timely settlements.
  • Financial Processing: Process, verify, and post receipts for goods sold and services rendered.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and statements for internal use.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, including researching unapplied cash and credits to resolve disputes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
  • Customer Support: Research and resolve customer discrepancies and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries.
  • Dispute Resolution: Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes within specified turnaround times.

HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview
