- Instead of a degree, 3 years of professional experience AND a professional certification (examples include CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle)

Your Role:
As a Support Engineer, you’ll help Oracle employees solve problems and provide excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, guiding them through the support process.
