Job Description: Data Integrity Specialist
The Opportunity As a Data Integrity Specialist focusing on CRM data, you will ensure customer data in systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Dynamics CRM is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel. Maintaining data integrity helps the company make good decisions and have strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Regularly check and clean CRM data to find and fix issues like duplicates or mistakes
- Work with teams to update CRM records with correct info from sources like Zoom Info and D&B
- Follow data quality standards and best practices
- Enter new data accurately following guidelines
- Help users understand data entry rules and processes
- Double-check data entries to avoid errors
- Do regular data integrity checks and audits
- Help move data from various sources into CRM systems
- Create reports and dashboards to analyze CRM data and find areas to improve
- Give ideas to enhance data quality and support better business decisions
- Create and maintain documents about CRM data management processes
- Use Excel for data analysis, cleaning, and reporting
- Be proactive and work with minimal supervision
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equal experience in IT, Business, or Data Management
- Batch: 2024 and before
- Very skilled in Excel (data analysis, formulas, visualization)
- Know data quality standards and data governance
- Pay close attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good at problem-solving and analysis
- Communicate and work well with different teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Basic SQL and data management experience is helpful
