• Document how models work, including their assumptions, limitations, and risks.
• Monitor models to make sure they’re accurate and effective.
• Analyze models to make sure they meet regulations.
• Test models under different conditions to see how they perform.
• Work with other teams within the company.
• Take responsibility for the work of your team.
• Report any problems with policies or procedures.
• Help implement new policies and procedures.
• Give advice and influence decisions.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Understand how your work fits into the overall company.
• Make decisions based on data and analysis.
