Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify to validate end-to-end business processes.
Business Process Understanding: Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases.
Test Execution and Analysis: Execute automated test suites for regression testing, analyze test results, and identify defects.
Defect Management: Document and track software defects, work with development teams to resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
Test Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of test strategies and plans for Worksoft Certify projects.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on Worksoft Certify usage and best practices.
Script Review: Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts and offer recommendations for improvement.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Team Training: Train and mentor team members on Worksoft Certify best practices.
Technology Updates: Stay updated with Worksoft Certify upgrades and new features to leverage its full potential.
Worksoft Administration: Manage all Worksoft Certify administration tasks.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in automated testing using Worksoft Certify for SAP applications.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of test automation principles, proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, or Python), experience with testing tools integration, and knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Certifications: Relevant Worksoft Certify certification is preferred.
Methodologies: Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Other: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, adapt to changing technologies, and deliver high-quality solutions.
