About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate (BCom) to join Accenture’s Finance Operations team as an Order to Cash Operations New Associate. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash within the company.
What you’ll do:
- Process customer payments and ensure they’re applied to the correct invoices.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with customer payments.
- Assist with reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Contribute to streamlining billing processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to address any questions or issues.
