Test new XR (Augmented/Virtual Reality) software and related technologies like gaming, 3D apps, and wireless connectivity.
Write and run tests for these technologies.
Use software and hardware tools to create testing environments.
Find and fix problems in the software.
Create automated systems to run tests and analyze results.
Develop apps and content to test new features.
Improve the user experience of Qualcomm’s products.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Android.
OS Expertise: Deep understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including batch scripting (BAT) and Linux commands.
Programming: Expert-level proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Location: Must be physically located in the Qualcomm Bangalore office.

XR Technologies: Expertise in Augmented/Virtual Reality technologies, such as 6DOF tracking, OpenXR, OpenVR, and WebXR.
Application Testing: Experience testing applications and software on Windows, Linux, and Android.
3D Development: Experience developing 3D experiences (games, apps) using SDKs like Unity and Unreal.
Video Technologies: Expertise in video technologies, including video decoding and encoding techniques.
Data Analysis and Automation: Proficiency in data analysis, automation, and scripting using Python.
Image Processing and Graphics: Experience with image processing and computer graphics pipelines and architecture.
AI/Machine Learning: Expertise in AI and Machine Learning technologies.
Wireless Transmission: Expertise in wireless transmission systems for video and gaming applications, as well as networking technologies such as 802.11ad/ay, 802.11ac/ax.
