Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Help the Finance department track money spent by collecting data and reports.
  • Make sure companies you pay are following the rules (compliance).
  • Save money by finding better deals with suppliers.
  • Check bills (invoices) to make sure they match purchase orders and receiving reports (3-way matching).
  • Process invoices for payment on time.
  • You may work in a rotating schedule (different shifts).

Qualifications

  • Any college degree with any Stream
  • Batch: 2024 and before

Things to know:

  • You’ll mostly solve problems by following existing procedures.
  • You’ll work closely with your team and supervisor who will give you detailed instructions.
  • You’ll be an individual contributor, meaning you’ll do specific tasks within a team.
