Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Clients: Make sure new clients have a smooth experience when joining Citi.
Account Management: Process requests to open or update accounts quickly and accurately.
Communication: Work with other teams to ensure everything is done correctly.
Documentation: Check that all documents are up-to-date and complete.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to both clients and internal teams.
Process Improvement: Find ways to make the onboarding process more efficient.
Technology: Work with technology teams to develop new tools.
Risk Management: Make sure all decisions are made with the company’s best interests in mind.

In simpler terms: You’ll be responsible for helping new clients join Citi and managing their accounts. You’ll work with a team to make sure everything is done efficiently and accurately, while also looking for ways to improve the process.

Qualifications

Experience:

0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Having licenses like Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 is a plus but not necessary.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve things.
Very detail-oriented.
Works well with others.
Can handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (both speaking and writing).
Interested in operations and compliance.
