Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Clients: Make sure new clients have a smooth experience when joining Citi.
- Account Management: Process requests to open or update accounts quickly and accurately.
- Communication: Work with other teams to ensure everything is done correctly.
- Documentation: Check that all documents are up-to-date and complete.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to both clients and internal teams.
- Process Improvement: Find ways to make the onboarding process more efficient.
- Technology: Work with technology teams to develop new tools.
- Risk Management: Make sure all decisions are made with the company’s best interests in mind.
In simpler terms: You’ll be responsible for helping new clients join Citi and managing their accounts. You’ll work with a team to make sure everything is done efficiently and accurately, while also looking for ways to improve the process.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Having licenses like Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 is a plus but not necessary.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Skills:
- Self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve things.
- Very detail-oriented.
- Works well with others.
- Can handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both speaking and writing).
- Interested in operations and compliance.
