Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert: Become knowledgeable about quality assurance systems, processes, and technology.
  • Process Management: Handle tasks related to population, sampling, questionnaires, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT, business, Control Managers, and the QA team to improve quality assurance initiatives.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage projects using Agile methods.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents and procedures.
  • Process Evaluation: Assess changes to identify impacts and prioritize them.
  • Release Management: Participate in meetings and communicate status updates.
  • Process Execution: Perform tasks like sampling, test setup, production support, and report generation.
  • Troubleshooting: Help users solve problems with reports, systems, processes, or procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with users of QA technology, tools, and data.
  • Technology Liaison: Coordinate with IT organizations, vendors, and data suppliers.
  • Process Development: Create and maintain business processes and technology components.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance processes or controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, IT, data science).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of SQL programming.
  • Knowledge of specific tools (e.g., Alteryx, SAAS, UiPath, Tableau).
  • Conceptual knowledge of Python programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
