As a trainee, you’ll help keep our factory running smoothly.

You’ll be part of our daily team, making sure our machines work well and consistently produce high-quality products for the energy industry. You’ll learn how to build new and exciting products and work with a team of people who are dedicated to making the best possible products.

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling & testing of control valves and their accessories.
  • Before starting a job, you’ll check the machines and tools to make sure they’re in good condition.
  • Maintaining workstation, maintaining records, and communications as required
  • You’ll record how many hours you work on different tasks
  • You’ll prepare control valves and their parts to be sent to customers.
  • You’ll follow the rules about when to work, when to take breaks, and what safety equipment to wear.

Baker Hughes Off Campus 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred skill:

  • Have the ability to read and understand Work instructions/ Procedures
  • Have can-do attitude
  • Have a basic awareness of 5S & Lean Manufacturing
  • Be able to report safety, quality, and route issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements.
