• Rotational shift, with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required)
• Voice 50% & Non Voice 50%

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Order Validation: Ensure that incoming orders align with the project scope.
• Network Configuration: Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configurations.
• Scope Clarification: Collaborate with Order Managers to define the exact project scope before building configurations.
• Design Review: Review network designs provided by the design team.
• Configuration Building: Create network configurations that adhere to the defined scope and design.
• Device Activation: Lead customer edge device activation calls, deploy required configurations, and coordinate with L2 technicians for complex issues.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve network issues by coordinating with various stakeholders.
