Trainee – Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Keep customer information up-to-date and accurate.
  • Help customers solve their problems quickly.
  • Use Excel to understand customer data and find ways to improve service.
  • Talk to customers clearly and help them with their questions.
  • Work with other teams to make sure customers are happy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications:- Any graduate degree with any Stream

Skills:-

  • Know how to use Excel very well.
  • Have experience helping customers in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Be good at solving problems for customers.
  • Be able to talk to customers and other team members clearly.
  • Pay close attention to details.
  • Work well with others.
  • Be able to find and fix problems for customers.
