Job Summary
In this Consultant role within Technology & Transformation (Customer Strategy & Applied Design), you will lead discrete workstreams on large-scale TMT engagements—such as telecom strategy projects involving research, modeling, competitor analysis, and go-to-market planning. Your role blends strategy, operations, and implementation to deliver high-impact client insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams or module delivery on TMT-focused strategy and operations projects
- Conduct primary and secondary research, competitor landscape and pricing analysis
- Build financial models to project revenue and cost scenarios
- Develop go-to-market strategies and present recommendations to leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor—understand client objectives and drive revenue or cost strategies
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver streamlined, integrated engagements
- Drive communication through analysis, status updates, and report writing
- Assist in client RFPs and proposal development
- Build and strengthen client relationships
