Job Role
As a Process Associate – Invoice to Cash, you will manage daily cash application operations, handle customer queries, and ensure SLA compliance to maintain seamless financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Make collection calls, email or fax invoices, or dispatch hard copies as requested
- Identify and process unidentified cash, managing the full cash application cycle
- Complete Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) accurately and confidentially
- Resolve customer and internal disputes through cross-department coordination
- Reconcile orders by validating credits and debits, and facilitating collections or refunds
