🛠️ Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Asset Management
📊 Build and modify workflows and use Flow Designer as per business requirements
💻 Develop advanced scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and REST APIs
🔌 Perform integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
📈 Utilize Performance Analytics and Service Portal for improved user experience
🧠 Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues
📄 Create solution, operations, and project documentation
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology delivery
🧪 Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate solution alternatives
📚 Define functional specs and support solution configuration based on business needs
