As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will:
✔️ Work throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring high software quality.
✔️ Automate and execute tests to validate product functionality and performance.
✔️ Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are met with high quality.
✔️ Think “outside the box” to test various real-world customer scenarios.
✔️ Drive regression testing and innovative QA automation strategies.
✔️ Conduct manual testing when needed to maintain software excellence.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Collaborate with Agile Development Teams to integrate QA into the development process.
🔹 Develop, debug, and refactor both front-end and back-end code for test automation.
🔹 Analyze user requirements and convert them into effective test cases.
🔹 Identify problems in system architecture and software design.
🔹 Conduct root cause analysis and unit testing.
🔹 Stay up to date with the latest trends in QA automation and software development.
🔹 Participate in late-night calls to collaborate with US-based teams (as required).
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Education:
🎓 BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
✅ Technical Skills:
💻 Experience with one or more of the following:
- .NET/C#
- JavaScript and related frameworks
- HTML/CSS
🔹 Strong programming foundation – Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
🔹 Hands-on experience in software development and automation testing.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
