As a Process Executive, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth data processing operations, with a focus on achieving productivity targets and improving performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Meet or exceed productivity targets during and after the training period.
✅ Handle Investor accounting customer service tasks within the Mortgage domain.
✅ Demonstrate adaptability and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
✅ Manage data entry tasks with a typing speed of 20-30 WPM and 98% accuracy.
✅ Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics.
✅ Conduct research and make informed decisions to support data processes.
📋 Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Education: Graduate in any discipline.
✅ Experience: 0 to 2 years in BPO Transaction or Data Processing.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
✅ Strong analytical skills, research knowledge, and decision-making abilities.
✅ Good communication skills (written and verbal).
✅ Basic knowledge of the Mortgage industry is preferred.
✅ Certification in MS Excel or Data Analysis is a plus.
