🔍 Job Role: Trainee – Infrastructure Management Support (IMS)
As an IMS Trainee, you’ll provide critical technical support for Hexaware’s IT infrastructure, assisting end-users and ensuring smooth system operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Work in a 24×7 shift environment to provide round-the-clock support.
✅ Deliver Help Desk Support for end-users and provide Level 1/2 IT Infrastructure Support.
✅ Log customer incidents and tickets in the designated Ticketing Tool.
✅ Assist with ITIL processes and handle international client support via phone and email.
✅ Follow service desk opening/closing checklists for smooth workflow.
✅ Provide support for MS Outlook, MS Office, and Antivirus Software installations and troubleshooting.
✅ Utilize remote tools like Remote Desktop, Dame Ware, or TeamViewer for device troubleshooting.
✅ Ensure prompt follow-up with end-users to confirm successful issue resolution.
📋 Qualifications & Skills Required
🔹 Graduates with BSc (CS/IT/Electronics/EEE/Circuital) or BCA.
🔹 Candidates should have a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
🔹 No active backlogs at the time of registration.
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
🔹 Basic understanding of ITIL processes and client support.
📅 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Open to 2024 and 2025 pass-outs.
✅ Candidates should be from the Maharashtra Region only.

🕒 Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts.
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 INR 15,000/- stipend for the first 3 months.
💵 INR 3 LPA after the initial training period.
📜 Service Agreement: 3 years with a ₹2 Lakh bond.
