🧠 Job Role: Associate – Data Scientist
As an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll be part of the Analytics and Innovation (Ai) team, driving impactful business solutions using advanced analytics and Operations Research (OR) techniques.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement opportunities and analyze data
- Develop innovative Operations Research solutions for various departments
- Deliver clear insights and professional presentations to stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation to promote seamless workflows and code reusability
- Conduct regular technical reviews, ensuring timely updates and escalations
🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
- 0 – 2 years of experience in data science or related roles
- Strong understanding of Operations Research techniques (LP, MILP, MDP, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C, C++, or Java
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship
⭐ Preferred:
- Experience with OR solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, etc.
- Knowledge of designing algorithms and heuristics for efficient OR solutions
- Expertise in AI/ML modeling concepts
