💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Content Specialist – International Content, you will:

✔ Manage Content Purchasing & Selling Processes – Support content ingestion, compliance, and order management.
✔ Liaise with External Content Vendors – Communicate with vendors to fulfill client requests efficiently.
✔ Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Account Management teams.
✔ Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Advise on keyword setup and content availability.
✔ Maintain Internal Systems – Set up and modify content orders, pricing, and ingestion processes.
✔ Resolve Technical Issues – Work with product and tech teams to troubleshoot content-related challenges.
✔ Optimize Cost-Effective Content Purchases – Manage vendor relationships to ensure budget-friendly solutions.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

📌 Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Media, Communications, Business, or related).
✔ 1-3 years of experience in content operations, vendor management, or compliance.
