As an ENG Project/Program Intern, you will assist in:
✅ Managing on-premise & SaaS product delivery
✅ Planning and executing technical programs
✅ Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams
✅ Tracking and improving key software development metrics
✅ Identifying and solving bottlenecks within the software stack
✅ Assisting in risk management and process optimization
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Coordination & Communication
📌 Work with Engineering & Product Leadership to prioritize and plan new features
📌 Assist in communicating project status, timelines, and challenges
📌 Ensure seamless collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams
🔹 Risk Management
📌 Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
📌 Work with development teams to address issues affecting project timelines
🔹 Continuous Improvement
📌 Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency
📌 Recommend tools & methodologies for better automation & project tracking
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
🎓 Education: Final Year BE (Computer Science)
📅 Experience: Previous coursework or internship in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development
