- Research and Organize Information: You’ll conduct research and gather information to create effective documentation.
- Develop Writing Skills: You’ll learn and apply our company’s writing style guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Ensure Quality: You’ll carefully review your work for errors and make necessary edits. You’ll also seek feedback from mentors and content analysts to improve your writing.
- Build Product Knowledge: You’ll gain a thorough understanding of our software applications to create accurate and helpful documentation.
- Continuous Learning: You’ll proactively learn about new features and updates to our software products.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Design, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with information development authoring tools.
- Proficiency in using computers, including various operating systems and common Microsoft Office applications.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
