What You’ll Do:

Manage Engineering Changes: Create and handle documents like Problem Reports, Change Requests, and Change Notices for design and production changes using a system like Windchill PDMLink.
Manage BOMs:
- Create and maintain Product BOMs based on requests from factories.
- Ensure design changes are correctly reflected in production BOMs.
- Handle the phasing in/out of materials in the BOM based on stock levels and future orders.
Data Integrity: Ensure consistent and accurate master data and BOMs across all systems, adhering to global governance standards.
Material Master Enrichment: Enhance material master data within systems like Windchill PDMLink and SAP.
Collaboration: Participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM) meetings with cross-functional teams.
Data Analysis: Analyze design changes and verify the accuracy and completeness of BOMs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics)
Experience:
- 0-0.6 years of experience in any field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (Excel macros and Power BI knowledge is a plus).
Knowledge:
- Understanding of Change Management frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Efficient handling of global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English).
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, especially in time-sensitive situations.
