• Providing Risk Information: Delivering regular and reliable risk metrics, analytics, and insights, based on a strong understanding of the firm’s businesses and clients.
• Building Efficient Processes: Creating robust, systematic, and efficient workflows for generating risk analytics. This includes financial and non-financial risk, risk capital, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensuring Data Quality: Verifying the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the data used to produce these risk analytics.

The A&R team is like the “risk information hub” for the firm. They collect data, analyze it, and create reports and tools to help the firm understand and manage its risks. They make sure the data is good and that the processes for analyzing it are efficient. They need to know a lot about the firm’s business and the markets to provide useful insights.

What You Need:

• Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (data science, math, physics, econometrics, computer science, or engineering).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a financial, regulatory, or consulting environment.
