Your Role and Responsibilities

• You will work with large and complex datasets (both internal and external) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies.
• You will identify and compile datasets using various tools (like SQL and Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes.
• You are responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis. This may involve using statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques.
• You may be referred to as a Data Scientist within this role.
• Specialization in marketing, risk, digital, and AML fields is possible.
• You have to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions. This includes considering the firm’s reputation, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. You must also comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must adhere to ethical standards in your personal behavior, conduct, and business practices. You must also escalate, manage, and report any control issues transparently.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education:

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

SKills:-

• Data Skills: You must have the ability to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Analytical Skills: You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work Experience: You should have some experience in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, statistics, etc.).
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Teamwork: You must be able to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Experience: You should have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
