Job Description

This role involves developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products, ensuring adherence to both internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and execute software test plans.
  • You will analyze and write test standards and procedures.
  • You will maintain documentation of test results.
  • You will analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
  • As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods, and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing, and inspection to assess product quality.
  • You will develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
  • You will plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
  • You will assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • You will investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • You will develop or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
  • You will monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2023, 2024, 2025).

Experience Background : 0 to 2+ years.

Essential Skills:

  • You must have a deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • You must have superb computer skills, including database management.
  • You must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • You must be proficient in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
  • In addition to testing knowledge, you should have a good understanding of JavaScript.
  • You may be required to work shifts (5:30 AM- 2:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM) as needed.
  • You may be required to provide support on weekends if needed.
