Summary:

As an Associate Support Engineer within Oracle, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support and solutions to our customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving their non-technical inquiries and addressing technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. You will play a crucial role in facilitating strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide level one support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center via phone and electronic means.
  • You will resolve customer inquiries related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
  • You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to all support guidelines.
